ICE SKATING 2014 - Jan 2
KACHEA will be sponsoring ICE SKATING at Johnson Controls Ice Rink
at Bristol Motor Speedway on
Thursday, January 8,2015 from 2p-3:30p for $5.00 per skater
Price includes skate rental.
Payment Deadline - Dec 27
We will be limiting the ice skating to 70 skaters so we will not be so crowded
that the smaller skaters are ran over by older skaters.
We will be at the gates at 1:55p to hand out tickets and to get in line for skates. We skate for over an hour, which has been plenty of time, especially if it is cold. We are the first group to skate for the day so the tent is cold, heaters are not on, so dress warm.
So here is what you need to do:
1. Make reservations, please email me with your total number of skaters to sandy.smith@embarqmail.com
2. then mail check made out to KACHEA, for total number of skaters, spectators are free as long as they are not skating.
Homeschool families get first priority. Homeschool graduates/alumni or public school students out of school, and others will be placed on a waiting list and offered any spaces that are left after the deadline.
Payment deadline is on Friday, December 27, so I can make one payment to Johnson Control Ice Rink. I will NOT be taking money at the gate. It is to confusing to do this so please mail your payments before Dec. 27th.
Once you make your payment, unless KACHEA CANCELS there will be NO REFUNDS due to the new policy at the rink.
If you are unable to come, you can sell your purchased tickets to someone else, just let me know who is coming in your place.
